Return & Refund
Our policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of parcel. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges to Different Colors, Sizes or Designs
- If you have bought wrong color, size or design, you can return and exchange the order within 14 days upon receipt of parcel (subject to stocks availability).
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
- If you want to exchange to an item of greater value, you will be charged for the difference of price. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be given.
- Payment of differences must be made within 24 hours once confirmation of exchange is made.
- Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by customer.
- Returns and exchanges for these reasons can only be done once for one order.
Refunds
- Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults by us such as overlooked stains, tore and broken zip etc.
- Kindly email us the photo of the defects at qissdashawl@gmail.com for us to evaluate.
- We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: torn fabric once worn/ fabric shrinks once washed.
- Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please note that shipping cost for original order is not refundable.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) business days.
